The Vulcan 125 gallon Stationary Electric Kettle (ET125) is a fully-jacketed model with a sloped kettle bottom to guide all liquids into the draw-off valve. Constructed fully from stainless steel, this unit is a longer lasting machine that is easy to clean and will not fall victim to rust and corrosion that can commonly appear in a commercial kitchen.
